I am currently obsessed with what unfolds when women gather without performance or pressure — repeatedly, over time. We experience a different way of being together — where depth can be spoken and met, mess can be witnessed and authentic expression emerges.
This experience changes how we relate — to ourselves, to others, to what is possible.
What It’s Like to Be Here
Being in a space led by me often feels grounding and light at the same time.
There’s a steadiness that allows you to soften.
There’s permission to show up without having it all figured out.
There’s humor that keeps things human.
There’s fierce love (and blunt insights) when you need to remember who you are.
I create a unique environment — not by holding people together, but by creating conditions where safety, self-trust and clarity can organically unfold.
I’m not here to regulate or rescue. I’m here to walk alongside you and champion you to trust your inner authority as much as I trust my own.
How I Lead
I don’t follow a pre-determined plan or rigid format. I lead by listening and responding.
My leadership is highly intuitive and rooted in the present moment. I trust experimentation more than certainty and lived experience more than theory.
Human Design and the Gene Keys are part of the language we use — not as answers to follow, but as pathways that guide you to recognize yourself, your uniqueness, more clearly.
The real magic happens when you express your uniqueness in presence with others who celebrate you for it. These small, honest moments of deep connection — with yourself, with others — shift everything.
A Little About Me
I live and lead through curiosity and trust in what I am co-creating with the Universe. I’m a 3/5 Emotional Generator with a vocation of Intuition (57.5), which means I learn by living, experimenting and following my joy while I trust one piece of clarity at a time without attachment to a specific outcome — and I bring that same spirit into every space I lead.
It feels like I’ve lived many lifetimes in my 43 years — from Ohio to Broadway to Hollywood to Nashville! A period of profound reorientation reshaped how I relate to my body, intuition, energy, emotions, creativity and purpose now. That chapter informs my reverence for gentleness, spaciousness and truth — but it no longer defines what I offer.
All of my current offerings are defined by what feels most alive to me right now, which means they are also always evolving and rarely repeated!
