An Invitation

Dance to Your Own Design is an experience devoted to remembering how to hear your inner truth and soul’s guidance.

This is not a course or curriculum. This is not about fixing, optimizing or becoming someone new.

It is an invitation to be curious enough to hear yourself and empower your energy and intuition to be your guide.

We will listen deeply and allow clarity to be revealed in its own time.

We will move gently to make small shifts so that your life feels more aligned with your authentic self. And we will have fun while doing it!

How We Will Be Together

Dance to Your Own Design unfolds over six weeks and is held online.

Each 60-minute weekly session includes:

  • Guided contemplation, reiki meditation or somatic grounding

  • Intuitive teaching, insights and guidance

  • Space for sharing and being held and heard

  • A simple experiment to try in real life

We will explore the foundations of your Human Design — Type, Strategy and Authority — as pathways that illuminate your uniqueness and how to experience more ease and clarity in your life.

There is no curriculum or pre-determined pace.

What emerges will be shaped by you — and your level of honesty, curiosity, presence and devotion.

The Shape of this Journey

  • Six private sessions at a weekly time of your choosing.

  • 60 minutes each week, live on Zoom with Kathryn.

  • The investment for this journey is $755.

  • A 3 month payment plan ($255/month) is available for those who prefer paying gradually.
