This summer, I’m hosting a series of small gatherings at some of my favorite spots in East — intimate spaces to relax, connect, and explore what makes you uniquely you through the lens of Human Design + Gene Keys.

These aren’t workshops or seminars.

They’re conversations.

This is a little pocket of time devoted to you — to reconnect with what makes you unique while enjoying the company of others.

Each gathering includes:

  • a personalized pdf about your unique design, sent before we meet

  • a small group experience (just 4 of us around the table) in a lively setting

  • insights and conversation that are playful, relatable and deeply personal

  • space to reflect, connect and recognize more of yourself

No prior knowledge of Human Design or Gene Keys is needed!

A little about me:

I’m Kathryn Schwarz, and have lived in East Nashville for about 8 years now. I create spaces for self-discovery, meaningful connection and authentic self-expression. Human Design and Gene Keys are simply the lens I use to begin the conversation.

I’m not interested in fixing, optimizing or performing. My spaces encourage genuine presence, curiosity, laughter, sharing insights and lived experiences, trusting what resonates and following what feels most alive.

These gatherings are designed to feel more like sitting around a table with thoughtful friends rather than attending a personal development event.
