First, we create an environment to soothe your nervous system. (I will email ways to create that in your home if we are working via zoom.)

We will check in with your physical, emotional, mental and energetic body at the top of the session to discover what is most needing our attention in the present moment.

For reiki, I will guide you into a relaxed state. You will listen to music, breathe, rest and receive while I channel loving life force energy to restore and balance your energy body - giving your system time and space to self-heal. I have been trained to protect our connection for your highest good and deepest healing only. You can share anything that came up for you and/or hear what I experienced or received from your Spirit Team while being connected to your energy body.

For intuitive guidance sessions, we may decide to include reiki, coaching or other healing arts to reconnect too your inner wisdom for tangible action steps or self-care rituals to support your journey of healing and transformation.

Most of my clients have had or are currently in therapy while they work with me. Our sessions can more fully integrate all you are working through in therapy or clarify tangible action steps you can take to implement all you are learning in therapy.
